I'm not really sure if this is the right place to post here lol. I hate to post this, but after several hours of following multiple load order guides to the T, I cannot get it stable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, or a link to a more in depth guide.

Before you cringe, no this is not a load order that i've tried running, just the load order after redownloading everything.

I take it your game is crashing? mate I have been modding skyrim for the last 5 years I can tell you that you have way to many mods going on! I don't know if you know much about modding but anything that adds npcs, alters npcs behaviour ,adds spawns, changes the levelled lists, adds quests or new locations are potential game crashers especially adding so many to your game. The problem is that the mod itself may work perfectly fine as the author intended but the author cannot for see that we as users will add every mod going and therefore produce errors that crash our game (I am talking about me too!) My advice is uninstall the lot and start with textures ,graphics overhauls then pick 1 or 2 large overhaul mods and test them! stick with that. Mods that I know cause trouble are:

Open cities makes huge changes to the skyrim world space only use if you are going to use very few mods and then test with caution!

Usleep ,I will use this myself but my advice is to wait a few weeks for the guys to iron out all the bugs!

Unlevelled items messes with the levelled lists ,I would not touch it.

I would not have immersive sounds and reverb overhaul together, pick one!

Ok well I wish you luck, less is more!

He does have a point--refine your list by checking each mod page's info to make sure it doesn't conflict with anything else. I run about 160 or so mods, and Open Cities is among them. I even run two different weather mods--because I made sure to install them correctly after reading both (it's CoT and then True Storms, btw).

Run LOOT.
Run WryeBash <--- Check's LOOT's accuracy (orange boxes aren't fatal, and easily fixed, so don't panic)

Make sure your masters are clean.
What is your system specs?
Go slow--load a few mods into your game, then play it for sixty seconds--run around, spin the camera around, spawn a bunch of enemies, etc.
USSEP is a bit buggy, but it should still function just fine. Just be careful when playing around in the Data folder with meshes when you're tinkering with outfits.

As for unleveled items messing with the leveled lists, how does that work? I thought the two were completely separate? Can you give me a link, jpm, as to where you learned this? I use quite a few custom items, so this is alarming. lol

If you need more help, post back.

:)
