Random Floating Barrel

Okay so, this is a new one for me. There's a Random Floating Barrel just outside Whiterun.

 

I opened console and clicked on it. "0006ea9b"

 

If I TCL and approach it, it disappears when I get close.

Seems to be floating over yonder giant camp.

 

Any ideas on what to do about it?

I've got this exact problem^ too and have updated SMIM to the latest version (2.04) The floating barrel is still there. :P
