CTD Northwest of Relay Tower 0BB-915

Hey all... I'm trying to travel from Relay Tower 0BB-915 to the Nuka Cola complex northwest of there, but whenever I get about 10-15 seconds walk north of the tower, I get an instant CTD.

 

EDIT: It's not just from that location... I instead went to the 'lonely chapel' and headed west from there: looks like I get a CTD going anywhere near Nuka World. It says it's installed in steam... what gives?

 

Mod list attached, but i can't see anything obvious that might be causing the problem; any ideas?

The Unofficial patch causes a ton of issues right now. Try uninstalling it, resaving. Then loading up your save again. See how it goes.

Yes. I know this is FO4. Not sure what happened. But as soon as I removed it, my game was fine.

Or maybe the light tweaks mod if the unofficial patch isn't it.

Any mods that touch interface files such as some pipboy mods and UI mods would all cause CTDs when approaching Nuka World Transit Center. So check for updates to those mods. Def_UI was one of the mods known to have that, but it's been updated so you might just be using an old version still.

Thanks for all your help; it turns out it was the UI mod. Latest version too AFAIK. Disabled it and Nuka Cola world loads fine!
