How to make animations form oSkyrim work in SE?

Bethesda has provided a command line tool HavokBehaviorPostProcess that comes with installation of the CK.

Since such tools are cumbersome, I usually use them in bat files with commands like this:

D:\HavokBehaviorPostProcess.exe --platformamd64 FNISSPc001.hkx FNISSPc001_64bit.hkx

As I've said I'm green so I don't really understand what you wrote. Couldn't find any tutorials for it either that's why I've posted this. What I've learned is that you also need skeleton for special edition, does oSkyrim skeleton work with SE? What I understand from your post is that I need to use this command on all files? Then is the file structure the same for animations?

Edit: Ok, as I've wrote this tutorial just apeared on Nexus :) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2970/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrimspecialedition%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D2970%26preview%3D&pUp=1
