ENB/ENBOOST outright refusing to work

ok so i'm 99% sure i've set up everything right

i followed this guide here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfUjhM9Ame8 to the LETTER i swear. BUT the text the shows up at the main menu that tells your Video card and the version of the enb binary etc, DOES NOT SHOW

i've tried all different versions of the binary from the latest to 292 and it just refuses to register that i'm trying to run it

i always use the injector version cause i can't record gameplay with the wrapper.

i've got it all set up right (99% sure at least) but nothing works D:
