Just recieved update from Steam

<br>It looks like LAA has just gone official, TESV.exe in CFF explorer shows >2gb is now enabled.<br><br>my current version of Skyrim4gb.exe no longer works, obviously it's no longer needed.<br>
<br><br> I just had that but now upon leaving  <i>Jorrvaskr</i> in Whiterun my game crashes...very strange... <img src="http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/sad.gif" class="bbc_emoticon" alt=":("><br><br> To be more accurate upon leaving the hall  I am given the loading next screen bit then the screen goes a sort of light muddy brown colour , the game seems to be running and you can bring up the map though not able to see it and if lucky click and fast travel...also updated my ATI drivers but did not have the problem a while ago.<br> Edited by Spaceritual

...so that's why my game won't start...

 

EDIT ..and its reset my .inis again. Ouch!

Well, unless someone can show different, all I see is the >2gb flag checked, freaking nuts considering that's what we did and Steam blocked in the early version.

 

I'm hoping they gives is "details" on this update, and I mean details, not that generic "general fixes" crap.

Well most developers will give you general fixes along with specific fixes but it depends on the release of course, does it do both or just general fixes.

 

I seem to recall something on the BethBlog announcing that official support of LAA flag coming in the next release.
