Virtulox
So to be clear I actually can disable BSA files, the only problem is I need to disable "Force-enable game files" in Settings>Workarounds.By doing this the Skyrim.esm and Update.esm files in the plugins tab aren't greyed out anymore and can be enabled/disabled.Now every time I run LOOT it automatically disables skyrim.esm which pops up a bunch of warnings. But then if I enable "Force-enable game files", the Skyrim and Update .esm are greyed out and can't be disabled even with LOOT, but then the BSA files can't be disabled anymore.I tried looking on internet but couldn't find any answers, I also tried looking around in the MO settings but can't find anything. I hope someone is able to help me and thanks in advance!

PeterMartyr
In MO right panel select the Archive Tab untick "Have Mo manage archives" you can then manage them yourself & disable to your hearts content. but it's not recommend unless you really know what your doing? Anywho don't let me stop you, play with it, it how we learn. Cheers
