Crash when trading in Warmaidens

When I go into Whiterun and trade with Adrianne outside her forge it works fine but when I go into Warmaidens later in the day her Husband and Adrianne both CTD when I try to start trading.I

 

t happened on a fresh save and I cant make hide nor hair of the games logs to find the problem though it does say there's an error in Open Cities which I don't have installed and if I was using a mod that depended on it then I would simply CTD on loading

Short story is I keep crashing inside warmaidens when I trade, any suggestions?

 

I went around the shops in Whiterun and it doesn't happen anywhere else :(

So far as I know none of these mods should cause such a specific crash :/

 

I alos haven't cleaned the 4 esms LOOT says need cleaning, would that help?

I'm in the same boat, except I've found this has happened with a few more traders in Whiterun as well, around the market.

I traced my issues to Left Hand Rings - but looking at your specific case, try disabling FullyEquippedBlacksmiths.esp For a tick and see if that helps.

Afraid that didn't help, still crashes

Start a new game with all the mods. Go to the smith npc. If you get a ctd. Then you got a mod compatibility issue.

 

Turn off all the mods. Start a new game with alternative life just to cut the time to get into the problematic area. Test the smith ctd issue and if it works or if it still ctd. If you get no ctd problems then you need to pretty much turn on 1 mod at a time until you get a ctd in order to find the culprit.

I traced the CTD at warmaidens in SKyrim SE ( Special edition ) to JK Whiterun mod

Yep uninstalling JK Whiterun fixed it for me also. Although it is possible another mod is conflicting. Going to check JK Whiterun page to see if any known issues.
