Could i please have help with frustrating CTD + Load order troubleshoot

hey people,
im getting CTD when getting to near whiterun and the companions are fighting the giant, after he is killed it crashes or when i hit esc around the same time, i've tried turning all mds off but then it just ctd after the loading screen before gameplay, shall i provide my modlist or just ini files? as i suspect it could be my ini files?

1. Use the spoiler tag next time you have to display tons of information like this. It helps.
2. You are most likely having issues because your left pane is horribly organized.

You see, in Mod Organizer, the left pane needs to match the right pane. It isn't like NMM where you can just have them sitting wherever you had installed them; order matters.

Generally, my install order on NMM, or my Load order for MO is this:
Skyrim
Update
Dawnguard
Hearthfire
Dragonborn
USLEEP (Which you should be using since you have the DLC)
SKSE Scripts (make sure these are properly installed and if you don't have it, you better get it)
[Any mods that are utilities] (Bug fixes, safety load, better messagebox controls,...)
[Custom Body Meshes]
[Custom Body Textures]
[All other ESPs]
[Animations]
[Custom Skeleton](Xp32mse,...)
Alternate Start
Bashed Patch (If using Wrye Bash)
Dual Sheath Patch (if Using it)
RSPatch (Last almost always)

I organize my left and right panes to match this above listed load order. Then I run LOOT and ensure to hit Apply after it has sorted. Now my right pane is organized for the most part of where my mods should be. Now I match the load order on the left to match that of the right.

Also, if you are having CTDs, on top of sorting your left pane, you may wish to use an SKSE.ini.
This is different than your SKSE scripts that you should have. Ensure you do this through MO, just as you have to change your Skyrimprefs.ini and skyrim.ini through MO
