Graphic bug in Oblivion Plane

And here is another one:It may seem such or like it looks on first screenshot depending on camera angle. For some unknown reason this bug appears for only quite short time and then vanishes after rotating camera some farther.

My specs: i7 4790K, 8 GB DDR3, GTX 770 (driver 10.18.13.6451), SSD 840 PRO Series, 2 HDDs. Win 8.1 x64 Enterprise.

Weird. Try opening your oblivion.ini (the one in your \MyGames folder, not the game's installation folder) and make sure bAllow30Shaders=1. You might also try the 'force 3.0 shaders' tweak explained in Oblivion tweak guides or in other discussions on this site. Also (obviously) make sure video card drivers are updated and try resetting Nvidia's profile for Oblivion back to defaults if it's been modified. Are you forcing AA with HDR in these shots?

Thanks for such a quick answer. I checked Oblivion.ini (in \My Games folder) and bAllow30Shaders=0. I set it to 1 but haven't tested in game yet. Video card driver is quite new, it is of 03/07/2016 (7 March).

 

nVidia Control Panel: AA is set to 8x; AA Mode is set to Override Application Settings (because Oblivion doesn't support AA with HDR on); Anisotropic Filtering is set to 8x; Maximum Pre-rendered Frames is set to 2; Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias is set to Clamp. All other settings are default.

 

This bug isn't such annoying especially as it only appears in one Oblivion Plane (in other Planes I didn't see it). The main question is: is it software or (God Forbid) hardware problem?

Well it's strange. I set back bAllow30Shaders=0 just to make sure that this shining bug will appear again but it didn't. I loaded the game just in the same place, rotated camera in all directions but this bug never showed up. Again, I launched the game without any changes in Oblivion.ini or nVidia Control Panel. Some strange non-persistent bug. If only it wasn't hardware problem.
