Chamchi
I am on a PC and I've been playing for years but I've always had water stuttering anytime I'm near water. I've tried mods to help with this but I still occationally crash when near rivers and lakes for more than a few minutes. Any suggestions?
twiztedmongoloid
water stuttering as in being near water causes performance issues?? Before i got my 970 i had a 660 and when i was near water with ENB and water parallax turned on it did cause some noticeable performance drops. So i would turn water effects off if you are using ENB with an older card. Or if you just want some extra performance. I personally still turn water effects off. If water flickering is your issue thats from FPS being too high. Limit FPS to 55 in your enb local file.
Chamchi
Thank you for the response twisted. Do you know of any links to directions on how to limit FPS for Skyrim on a Steam account? I have a 1080 GTX so I think it's an issue with FPS being too high. Thanks!
