Mod Requests (if it excists where do i get it)

first : a mod that make's the guards arrest other npc's when i place a bounty on them or when they attack me (using crowded cities) instead of attacking them immediatly.

second : a mod that makes the world keep going when i am talking to someone (instead of pausing everything)

and there are a few mods that do that for talking, mmay be possible to do it with the ini file. Look around.

i have 2 extra requests :

 

-is there a mod that uses exp.points for leveling

-and if there is one that disables the need to sleep to level i am using real sleep and want to keep my character at level 15
