LE Night Eye extender

I've searched the internet about a way, to make the Khajiit Night Eye spell, to have unlimited time, because it's very annoying to activate it every 1 minute when im exploring a dark dungeon.

I'm playing with the FXAA tool, so the dark is really dark, that is why I have this problem.

 

So the main reason I made this topic, is to ask someone who is good at mod making, to make a mod, which either makes the khajiit night eye spell duration unlimited (or very long) timed, so the player don't have to switch it on every minute, and it would make the night eye spell more like a natural ability to see in the dark, or if someone make a "standalone" spell wich gives the night eye ability to the player with the specifications above it would be great!

There was a Khajiit Night Eye Toggle mod which I use, but I cannot seem to find it on the Nexus any more. I did find This One which sounds like it does the same thing.
