Missing flames effect outdoors

Hello,

 

Today I installed Skyrim clean, installed bunch of mods and in game I noticed that when outdoors, I get only partial flame effect wheres indoors it works fine. (See screenshots)

Anybody encountered this issue? Google not giving much help. I thought of ENB, but I use it only for memory boost. My graphics card drivers are up to date. Tried verifying data through steam.

Post your LOOT load order. Go to LOOT > locate the 3 dots in the upper right > click "Copy Load Order" and then paste that here.

Okay here it is.. I let LOOT do all the sorting, haven't done any manual sorting.

I will give it a try.

Unforunetaly that didn't work either. It's only fire spells though. Actually frostbite spell is also lacking the main effect texture.

 

Are you using an ENB that prefers to have a lighting mod? Maybe try installing ELFX and see?

 

I am not using ENB, just ENBoost for memory and vsync.

I encountered this exact same issue and it was due to ENB fighting another mod.

 

How do you have the graphics disabled in ENB? Doe you have the following line set to true?

 

UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=true

 

Unless that line is set like that you still have the graphics modifications active. I'm not trying to make you look like an idiot or anything, but sometimes the obvious isn't.

 

I think it was ENB post-processing that actually caused the fire to disappear in a few places.

This is my enblocal.ini .. as you can see it is set to true, I followed the official guide for ENBoost. :(
Tried the ENB patch as suggested above, it didn't work either. So far I only encountered issue with the fire spells and frosbite spell lacking the main stream of fire/ice effect. Weirdly enough it works indoors, like dungeons and houses, but not outside (although it seems that it works for tiny bit after exiting indoor area, but disappears once again in no time).
