Green glow Ghost armor

I was wondering if someone could change the line and glow color for the Ghost armor to green.

I unfortunately have no knowledge to do it myself.

you need permission from the author to change it. though odds are he could do it himself rather quickly.

I'd need permission if I was to share it but it's not my intent. It's for personal use only.

You don't seem to understand what I want. Someone changing the colors and sending me the file only isn't breaking the rules. It would be if it was released to the public, but this remains a private use.

That isnt even remotely true. It is not only against the rules that is against the law due to copyright. Sharing files that way is still not allowed and is viewed the same way as publicly sharing it.

Have a look at the fair dealing chart. You'll realize that what I'm asking for can be considered fair dealing and doesn't go against the copyright law.

 

As well, you might have noticed that I had already contacted the author back in fallout new vegas as I parted the armor before, showing the author is open to such a thing.

 

To add to this, I remind you this is for private, unshared and unpublished use. Should there be a demand because someone saw a picture and want it, I would recontact the author.

 

Now let's return to the subject at hand. If someone is willing to do it but want absolute certainty and ask for the author consent, they merely have to ask me, not attack me.

This is a EU site and the game is from an American company. In other words Canadian law is irrelevant. I have contacted site staff and they can discuss this with you further.
