Advice needed: Scaling armour in Nifskope

I have the same problem. But I don't understand what you used to fix it. What is nitristripdata? Are you still using nifskope? I'm moderately familiar with the program and just found out that neither scaling or translation of blocks works at all. I have major clipping issues that I can fix, if only the scaling and axis translation worked in Skyrim.

Found it thanks for the fast reply. When I Strippify NiTriShapes I get NiTriStrips which is why I couldn't find it. There has got to be a thousand VERTICES. This is going to a much bigger task than I had planned. Do you know of any short cuts, or other user friendly programs that might make things faster?

Nope, and i don't think that there is a way to select multiple ones to move...NifSkope is not the first choice when it comes to mesh edit :D

Programs...any 3D Editor, C4D, 3DsMax,Maya, Blender (free)

DON"T FORGET! That when you edit/apply the transform on the NiTriShapeData you MUST also have 'cleared' the co-ordinates from the "BSDismemberSkinInstance ->NiSkinData" directly under it (click the little multicoloured * to see what the co-ordinates are compared to the NiTriShape's co-ordinates) Your best bet is to 'clear' BOTH of these before doing your transforms. When you do the 'Apply' Nifskope will pop up a warning saying it probably won't work, but do it anyway, sometimes the NiTriShape will move once you have done the 'Apply' so you may need to do a little more adjusting, rinse and repeat until the mesh doesn't move any more
