Skyrim freezes caused by mods

I recently installed a few new large mods and updated some others. Ever since then my game has been freezing up at random times. I've tried uninstalling the mods but haven't been able to reliably pin down which ones are the cause, uninstalling and reinstalling Skyrim, and ditching the buggy Nexus Mod Manager in favor of Mod Organizer, all with no results I can see.

 

I've also noticed that the shrines to the divines no longer have the graphics effects when you use them. They used to show an effect like when you drink a mana potion, now they don't show any effects besides the text in the top left corner.

 

I'm out of ideas short of just deleting everything and starting over from Vanilla. I was hoping someone could take a look at the load order list and see if you notice anything that could cause this sort of problem.

Navigate to LOOT and locate the 3 dots in the upper right, select "Copy Load order" and then paste that here.

 

Secondly, with mod organizer, it is different. Make sure that you understand the basics of how to use MO.

 

Make sure that when you install a mod, you not only look at the install instructions, but the required, recommended, and especially the compatibility sections. This can lead to you finding errors you wouldn't think would normally be there in mods. A little extra reading is less stressful than the headache of CTDs in my opinion.

 

My general load order with MO is:

Skyrim
Update
Dawnguard
Hearthfire
Dragonborn
Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch
SKSE Scripts (make sure these are properly installed and if you don't have it, you better get it.)
[Any mods that are utilities] (Bug fixes, safety load, better messagebox controls,...)
[Custom Body Meshes]
[Custom Body Textures]
[All other ESPs]
[Animations]
[Custom Skeleton](Xp32mse,...)
Alternate Start
Bashed Patch (If using Wrye Bash)
Dual Sheath Patch (if Using it)
RSPatch (Last almost always)

 

With Mod organizer, unlike NMM, you have to make sure your left pane matches the right. I will organize both my left and right panes in the above listed order, then run LOOT and make sure to hit Apply, then match the left pane to the right one that has been sorted with LOOT.

Turns out organizing all the mods in the list on the left to match the one on the right did absolutely nothing to help fix the problem. There are still no graphics effects when poking a shrine, the game freezes up at random, and gives me the eternal loading screen when trying to exit a city until, eventually, the game crashes.

 

I have SKSE (Obviously), I do take the extra time to read over what is incompatible with certain mods, though that doesn't always list everything that will screw up when used. I'm pretty much stuck scratching my head in confusion at this point.

 

I'd appreciate it if someone could lend me a hand with this nonsense.

I don't use MO but I noticed you have 2 esp's mixed in with your esm's.

 

Did you remember to clean your masters after the re-install?

I did not, actually. That might be helpful, though I kind of doubt that's the only problem.

One of those esp's is from the Unofficial Skyrim patch that helps to fix most of the nonsensical bugs and glitches that the developers left behind in Skyrim.

 

I'll go poking around and attempt to clean the Master files, but I'd also appreciate any other advice or ideas the general population of the Nexus can provide.

Dirty Masters are fine as long as you don't mod but can cause all kinds of problems if you do.
