Of course they look like crap now, there are no females around so they're just hanging out with their buddies and walking around with a bunch of mammoths and sometimes a cow, and those four footed furballs don't care what the giants look like. But get some female giants roaming around and the guys will get into shape and try to make themselves look good. So female giants lead to better male giants, it's a win win situation.
