LE How to target a Reference Alias with an AI package

GAHHHHHH!!!!

 

Now that that's out of the way... I have an alias that fills from a random reference from a list and then an NPC reference Alias needs to have an AI package that will go to said reference, but I've tried attaching a SitTarget and Travel template package to either the base form of the NPC and to the alias of them and both have an option to target the Ref Alias, but it's always greyed out. Any ideas?

Make sure the package is set to package template in order to edit/fiddle with the settings. (this is very limited knowledge btw, but something I found out early on when I tried to make a follower).
