forskyrimmods Posted December 21, 2016 Share Posted December 21, 2016 I guess I would want High Rock then Hammerfell so the Human like races will be finished first. Then the beast races starting with Black Marsh then Elsweyr then the Elves going from Valenwood and then Sumerset Isle last. Not sure what they would do after all of that.
