Richard Rahl War Wizard Outfit

Can't believe I'm first to ask for this.

Tried to make it myself and failed. Can't quite get the hang of Gimp.

First idea was to use Nightingale cape as base and just try making the cape gold. Couldnt get the texture right to still show folds and details etc.

What I'm looking for is a basic setup resembling Richards War Wizard outfit from Temple of the Winds: black shirt, pants boots(leather looking but not armor), silver bracers(also not armor), and a gold cape. If possible, the necklace too, something like the amulet of articulation but in silver and with a ruby teardrop center.

I say no armor value for Mage armor purposes.

And then there's the sword. Plain looking Longsword (one hand) downswept hilt and silver wire mesh grip with word truth laced under the mesh in gold letters, but cleaner looking than the iron or steel sword textures in game, shinier.

Please and Thank you to the experts at such things.

That page is blank. You mean this, right?

If this is the only image available, a better description of it at least, is a must! I'm sure many people have no idea who Richard Rahl is. I only know who he is because of the TV show, lol?

That cape is so epic. To have to resort to using the nightintgale one would be such a shame. I'm tempted to say yes I'll make it cause I reckon I could do a pretty good job of it, and I *am* intending to play a mage for my second playthrough... Only problem is, i'm already working on a bunch of things and by the time i'm finished with them, I might not feel like making it anymore. lol. That's how it is with these things!

It's pretty much what's on the book. He does wear wrist bands though with symbols etched in silver on them. I think one of them was the Grace which should be easy to find a picture for. There were also other symbols i believe that represented the dance of death, the style with which Richard fights. These symbols represent awareness, precision, and some others that depict how Richard fights using only the energy necessary and striking a fatal blow with each swing while also avoiding being hit. One of them was a circle with a sword inside with lines going in different directions and intersecting at different points, it's a bad description i know but it's the best help i can give. Hope this helps you, i can't wait to see a full war wizard outfit. Also, in the book Richard doesn't know how to use his magic so he relys on his sword, that being said it would be awesome for a melee armor set as well. Also a 2h version of the sword would kick ass :) Edited by Evidal
