SSE mod to add underwear to loot table

I enjoy using body replacer mods, and I feel there are times nudity is immersive. My problem is when using a body replacer, your options (if you have one) is never nude with underwear that never comes off or npcs and characters that don't have the sense to wear underwear under their armor or whatever else they are wearing.

 

What I would like to see is a mod that adds equippable/unequippable undergarments to the loot table to all humanoid npcs, and that they would have it equipped, so when I loot their armor, they are stripped down to their underwear. That would make more sense, immersion wise: it would prevent chafing under armor and the player character most likely isn't going to want to see the nudity of every defeated enemy.

 

It would also be nice for clothing vendors to sell them and for the player character to start with a set and for support from underwear replacers in future mods.

This. This is exactly the sort of mod I have been looking for, and can't find anywhere. At least not for SSE.

Remove the armor, it automatically equips the underwear. Remove that, and you have a nude person. Put the armor back on, and you have armor again. If you put underwear in your inventory when you have armor on, it changes nothing unless you actually equip it, essentially amounting to you taking the armor off.

 

It seems simple from a non-modding perspective.
