no BSDismemberSkinInstance modifier in 3dsMax2012

i'm trying to get my custom armor into skyrim but it was invisible so most likely the

bsdismemberskininstance modifier wasn't pasting over correctly in nifscope so i started over in 3dsmax 2012 with an .obj import of my armor and an import of the original ebony armor to get the weighting corrected using skin wrap modifier but how do i get the bsdismemberskininstance modifier if it's not there,can i use a Displace Modifier please help

Um. Just add a new one?

 

Its in the Modifier List: BSDismemberSkin Modifier

 

There are three sub-selections of dismemberment for armor. You can rename them correctly when in Nifskope.

 

BSDismemberSkin is not in the modifier list i looked through the list thourghly

how to add a new bsdimemberskin modifier to the list
