Nexus Mod Manager problem

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to install Nexus Mod Manager for Skyrim on Windows 7 x64 but every time I do it lets me select my language then it says "Access is denied." I am the only administrator on this pc other than the default administrator account. I don't know how to fix this. Can anyone help?

When I select what game i wanna pick in this case, Skyrim, it says it cant write permissions. can some one help me?

It appears you have your game loaded in the Program Files folder. This area comes under the control of Windows User Access Control. Uninstall your game and reinstall it outside of you Program Files folder. Or you could deactivate the UAC, which is not reccomended by anyone, and this will give you access to the Skyrim files.
