ClayboTGW Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 A way I found to get the guards to give you the jail, Pay Fine option again is to teleport to another hold...like Riften or Markarth then teleport back to Whiterun but if you wlk or ride for some reason it will not reset...
