I posted the specs of my machine both here, and in the post you directed me here from, I clearly stated my issue was Nvidia Optimus and getting my PC to stop using my onboard video, and to start using my (GTX 960m) with Skyrim Special Edition.
A lot of this isn't making sense because my post and problem were clear.
And I've posted enough information here (including the individual serial number of my specific machine) to really plainly illustrate what my laptop is.
There is no "variation" of my specific machine. Specs were posted above.
I also tried the 60hz fix that you suggested (that was one of the first things i did), and just tried it again as well. It was ineffective. I have also removed the FPS lock in the .ini file, and virtually every single tweak or suggestion on the web as well.
This is very frustrating.

I realizes it's frustrating. Because you are unable to see the standard boot screens until the os kicks in, there are things and apps that take place you need to address, and can't. How on earth did you manage to break the laptop display?

The information is for my use. you can not go any further with out interacting with boot screens what are inaccessible to you due to that machines broken parts.

They list two of that bread, one had a VGA port ,the one you have does not...where we started.

Best buy's store is down the street and I have tested in store both if not all of them.

So I' am on my phone in a ware house now, looking for that part.
