It indeed shouldn't be happening. Enhanced Weather. Here's the image in particular: http://static.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/images/6170-1-1254172687.jpg I for one can't see what the bug is, but then again, I don't use that particular nightvision mod; I use the one included in Reinforced Chinese Stealth Armor, and I haven't acquired that yet to test it in the weather in my current game (as I'm running Enhanced Weather on mine, but not Dynamic Weather.) Well, I have the same advanced recon mod and I naturally also have both enhanced weather and Dynamic weather, but I've never seen that graphical glitch before.So I also have no idea on what might cause it.
