From what I understand Don't Call Me Settler bugs get baked into the save file so the only way to fix it is start a new game without that mod. Hopefully the mod author will be able to fix it soon. :smile:

he/she used Nmm, all bets are off as far as the game goes, leftovers reside in several places becasue there are backups from Nmm that will load or kept from loading.

This thread is dead and buried, but I just had this problem and I actually found the solution, so I'm resurrecting every DEAD thread that mentions it so that future players won't suffer as we have.

 

The solution on PC, via console command is to type:

 

setpv OwnedByPlayer True
setav 33c 1

if anyone is still having trouble, I just spent a day chasing it down, first if you use the doom slayer mod, disable that until after you leave vault 111, if you don't use doom slayer then look for anything that adds or completes a quest and make sure its disabled until after you leave vault 111, you will know which one because it will start and/or complete before the bomb falls
