antistar
Question; I recall you wanting to stick a WWII vintage English gun in here. Was it the Bren,or the Sten? I was/am considering replacing the semi/auto pipe guns with a Sten gun. (The OP lists the weapons I'm doing or considering, and I do update it sometimes.) As a general update, the mount for the tactical light on the AR-15 (and whichever other weapons I use it on) is all modelled and textured now; there's mainly just the Nifskope work to go there. It'll be a little fiddly since I also need to update a number of the barrel nifs so that the appropriate rail cover can be toggled to invisible when the light is attached. ZOMKILL
Antistar A question out of curiosity, how long has it been working on your mod exactly?
StrangeGround
So what percentage of the mod is done at this point?
minjun
guys, I know that waiting is hard, but give him time, like he said hes got a ton of work to do still.
antistar
Looks like I started on it in September 2016, so it's been around seven months already, yikes. Of course there's always something cropping up to delay things - like porting Clockwork to Skyrim Special Edition; that took a little while. Mainly the testing. Oh, and I moved house in there somewhere. And there was that unexpected time in hospital of course. Still, time has really flown. I'm afraid I can't give anything approaching an accurate percentage of completion for much the same reason I can't give an ETA; too many factors. Can't predict it. protatato
Since you still have the new weapons to put in after the replacers are done, here's a few models I found. For the pump-action shotguns, what do you think of these models? The first one is from 2011, but it looks okay to me. For 1911s, this one looks kind of like a WW2 one, and this one is more modern. This Beretta 92 looks decent to me. Plus, there's already a Beretta 92 mod, CloudStrife's M9 model, and the one from Modern Sidearms. Not to mention the large amount of 1911 mods out there. There's 6 (counting the Colt Delta Elite 10mm Replacer) on the Xbox One alone. I don't know if any of these are what you'd need or how much more work would have to be done to make them work for you more, but I figured I'd link them. antistar
Thanks for going to the effort there. That Stevens model 620 shotgun is one I'm considering, but there are others I'm more likely to go with. The model/textures are pretty good, but the weapon itself is a little plain and uninteresting to look at. The MP-153 is really nice... but not actually a pump-action (if you look closely). It's a Russian semi-auto shotgun. Some of your links there are for skins rather than model/texture resources; in other words they're already compiled for a particular game - usually one of the Counter-Strike games since the gamebanana community is heavily based around CS. I'd need to find a way to convert the files, and the textures are probably using a lossy format. Generally not a good way to go. Often the original resources are elsewhere on gamebanana though, and some of them (e.g. for the M1911s) are resources I'm considering. I have to be frank about the FO4 Beretta M9 mods linked to there; I don't think they're suitable. The model in IconoclastTS' mod looks better, but the textures need work. Also the credits are vague in places - e.g. not listing the author of the weapon itself.

antistar
Speak of the devil... - AR-15 36- AR-15 37- AR-15 38- AR-15 39- AR-15 40 Here's the A1 handguard Tigg sent me recently. I'm not sure yet how I'll differentiate the A1 barrel from the A2, stats-wise. Slightly different recoil values, maybe. As discussed earlier in the thread, the suppressor I first used for the AR-15 (and Mini-14) looks good and I like it... but is actually based on a .45 ACP pistol suppressor, which bugged me a little. When the KAC NT4 Suppressor was suggested as an alternative, I thought I'd try that instead.I found one as part of a larger resource on gamebanana, gave it a texture and got it in-game... but found that it just wasn't good enough. So I made this one from scratch instead. Not perfect, but better than the other NT4 one I had, I think. It's a pity I couldn't use the other one, as it turned out to be more fiddly to make than I expected. Now the AR-15 has a tactical light too. Again, a SureFire G2 - mesh and textures by Yogensia, with some minor changes by me. Plus another new mount also by me. Unlike the double-ring mount I did for the Mini-14, this is an RIS mount, and will probably be used on other weapons with rails.
