Strange Graphical Issue

It seems to be independent from ENB or Reshade, it happens without them also.

Black rectangles appear on the screen and they start to grow if I move.

Try testing the game using a different screen recorder and see if it reoccurs.

Sometimes the screen recording software creates the glitches.

At least the flickering roofs (Z-fighting) where caused by an old version of the Unofficial Patch. So try upgrading to the newest version, if you use it.
