Need advice about skeletons and race menus

So i updated my NMM from .56 and now I am re-installing some of my mods it seems the skeletons have change since i downloaded them it never transferred some of my files.

I cant remember the race menus order either the one I use to have let me adjust every thing from legs to pelvises arms legs ect..any help would be great

Skeleton: XPMSE. The only skeleton you should be using that isn't the vanilla one.

RaceMenu: RaceMenu. Yup.

Bonus: RaceMenu Morphs. Lets you use the BodySlide or UUNP sliders in-game.

That's the one thank you :) its been a massive undertaking but my Skyrim looks good again as does my NPC's.
