Salvinha
Dear friends. I've been playing many and many hours of skyrim, but in the last two days of gameplay my followers had been acting crazy. Only today I found out that the mod which was uploaded in the community (IAFT) was in fact not the official one, and it was not properly converted. So, as soon as I knew about that, I went to my game, dismissed my follower and saved. After that I uninstalled the mod. But here comes the worst part. When I go back to my game, no one follows me when I ask them. When I choose the option "Follow me, I need your help." They just say "Lead the way" but they keep stopped at the same place, and it happens to any follower in the game. When I go back to then again I get the surprise, I have again the option "Follow me, I need your help." But this time, they say "Looks like you got someone already." :sad:I think this mod just broke my game which has already around 50 hours of gameplay in it (in lvl 41). Anyone knows how to save my game? I still have the Savegame where this mod was still installed, and I still have the mod in my computer, but I really do not want to use it again until it is proper released. Is there any script I should stop via console which I do not know? If yes, anyone could tell me the commands?PS: Already used the reset AFT option in powers tab before uninstalling. It did not help as well. Thanks. FosterBear
I have also been using the IAFT Mod. I haven't had any issues with my followers yet and I am level 70. I have 4 followers; Lydia, Uthgerd, Jordis and Serana. All are main game characters. Perhaps some of yours were not designed to be followers and you recruited them or they were specialty followers. This could make a difference... As to removing the Mod, everything I have read says that this will break your game. I have in the past removed Mods but I always remove the Mod, delete any saves after the date the Mod was installed and load the last save before I added the Mod. Sounds like you may have a lot of play time after adding IAFT so choice is yours. I would hate to loose my progress thus far but with over 3000 hours in vanilla restarting isn't a hard decision if I choose to go that route. I think I may try loading the AFT over the top and see what happens. If I'm not happy, wellllll...

jones177
Hi I am using IATF as well & I know it has to go. All I really want to do is save my characters face. In the old game I used ECE for this. I don't know what to use in SE yet. Later
wizardmirth
Some even vanilla followers are very annoying with always saying the same comment to you over and over again (the female mage from winterhold you can recruit after helping her). At this point I too am considering uninstalling this otherwise great mod. I had the same issue with incorrect uninstall and follower breaking in OLDrim, but if I remember correctly there are special uninstall instructions on the mod page that need to be carefully followed if you remove it.
