Dead Attackers Not Resetting - Anyone

Seems recently I have a issue with dead attackers not disappearing from the settlement cells. When I speak with the people they just say something about I showed up just in time, the usual banter. This will repeat no matter how many times I ask and I cannot trade with any settlers as they always say the attack dialog.

 

I have tried everything to get the cells to reset but without any luck. I am on survival and have a mod that lets you make adjustments to about everything. I even turned the cell reset time to .5 of vanilla. Then I went into the root cellar in sanctuary (Inside cell) and waited for 33 days sleeping eating, drinking and taking antibiotics.

 

When I came out and went to the 2 settlements that I know of, the dead gunners and dead supermutants were all still there. I also tried the "set gamemonth to X" console command to try to advance the time by months but nothing/

 

Anyone have suggestions or ideas as what I can do or why this may be happening? Thanks for any replies.

I've noticed a couple of my settlements that got attacked and I killed everything haven't despawned either after weeks in game, I just scrap the bodies in build mode.

 

I also have a couple settler vendors that won't personal trade but still vendor trade. I think it's probably tied to a mod I recently installed.

@Vormina, you don't happen to use a mod that makes the attacks wait until you visit the cell, do you? Not Settlement Attacks Beyond but "Settlement Attacks - No Offscreen Attacks". I am thinking this may have something to do with it.

No, I don't use any mods that affect attacks or enemies.
