GothicNicki
I am looking to merge ESP files but when it comes to ESP files that use non vanila resources do they have to be merged as well or can they stay seperated or is it best to use the loose files that the BSA files contain. I am only asking as the Skyrim Data folder, as we all know, BSA files that have different names to the ESP files. Many thanks for the answers to this question. saurusmaximus
It's generally a bad idea to merge mods that have .bsa files attached, due to the way Skyrim loads game files. Yes, it can be done, but it can also cause stability issues, and if you have a follower mod with a .bsa, forget about merging as the facegen data never merges over correctly. If you have a mod with a .bsa that absolutely must merge for some reason, I recommend extracting the .bsa first, then merging.
GothicNicki
that is what i thought i only asked as I have been playing Fallout 4 (which i am not a real fan of but I thought i should give it ago) and it is not that good for realism or roleplaying. In a side note, a tactician should also be imagitive to give the enemy problems and also understand the battlefield.
