Purr4me
What could cause these kind of glitches? Give me the exact location on that spot and I'll check something, I take it this takes place with movements? The only thing I know of is a Bounding box or invisible Environment box "large area" has had a code change and is reactive and should not be active at all, some call them cell triggers. But, if it is on the character, that narrows the problem down a lot.
M48A5
With the information you provided, I would venture a guess that you have too many mods and are overloading your system.
hamis22
I think i found the problem,i like to use timescale 1.Now i'm testing with 5 which should be fine.
hamis22
Nope it still happens even with timescale set to 20 or 30,damn!!
hamis22
And i don't have too many mods,so this and game freezing quite often must be something else.I am using nvac but it doesn't always help.
dubiousintent
Don't have a solution for your graphics problem, but the game freezing is likely unrelated. The question of "too many mods" is a little more complicated than "less than 140 active". Any files with "ESM" or "ESP" extensions found in the "Data" folder, whether active or not", seem to get counted against the game's cap. So, if you have any that are not necessary for your current game there, move them out. Then take a look at the issues under this section of the "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. "Solution-4" about ENBoost may help with your graphic issue, though the other "heap size" fixes might as well. -Dubious-
hamis22
I have only about 60 mods and they are all necessary.I'm sure this is connected with very often missing ground textures (no texture mods),freezing always 1-10 minutes of gameplay.Freezes happen anywhere in wasteland, not interiors.Win 7 ultimate 64 bit.Maybe there is something wrong with ini's,could someone take a look at them?Fallout.ini my games:https://pastebin.mozilla.org/8950251FalloutPrefs.ini:https://pastebin.mozilla.org/8950252Fallout_default.ini:https://pastebin.mozilla.org/8950253
Purr4me
If you have modified your ini files as you have posted them for a reason, then to Eliminate any doubt about them...You back them up and remove them, regenerate default files and test the game. Camera sensitivities in directional character issues will not be in an ini file problem unless you are running an ENB modified game. Deduction of an issues with ENB's is not a good thing. No one will have the same issue you have. The pictures you provided deals with targeting in world spaces, that means it's a combination of the mods installed in the order of install. Default Bugs such as cameras issues can be seen in the vault 101 growing up scene at the party, look at the balloons at the door, turning to the right and back, and you will see default bug code present it's self, this has noting to do with ini file settings. It has to do with camera angles and resource data for the issue.Eliminate the ini (Doubt) first.
