Deleted2433418User Posted November 28, 2016 Share Posted November 28, 2016 I have this strange phenomenon occurring in Riften,there is constant sound effects,as if a huge,major,the mother of all battle is going on right outside the walls.. there is noone there though,I use Open cities and civil war overhaul could any of those be the cause??.. it is quite annoying,I would be able to accept it if,at least,i could go outside and see the buggers having it out but,just sounds of battle,but nobody there..anyone else experiencing this?
