Certain mods won't load ingame.

Good evening everyone. I've got a problem that I need some help with.

I installed Fallout 4 ( vanilla ) a couple of days ago when it went on sale. I've been using Nexus Mod Manager for a number of years now and have had a very successful time modding Skyrim. My mod manager is fully updated and has been stable with no crashes. What's happening is that several mods that I've installed don't seem to be appearing once I fire up the game. The mods in question are :

1. Commonwealth Cuts ( The hair styles are listed, but all of them show up as head fuzz. Even the hats themselves populate, but no hair styles are shown

2. Atomic Beauty ( The mod shows up in the app list and is active, but nothing changes when I load the game, all the meshes are unchanged from Vanilla )

3. M54 Gatling Rifle ( This is very strange. I had a NPC use the rifle against me, drop it when I killed them, it showed up in my inventory, could be modded on the bench and I could even fire the weapon, but the model never shows up. My character is holding nothing, but it still fires.)

4. Brotherhood of Steel KIT ( None of the meshes seem to be loading at all.

5. Ultimate HD Flag Replacer ( Mod shows up in my list as active, but none of the flags have changed.)

I have over twenty mods installed and some of them work such as Craftable Ammo, True Storms: Wasteland Edition, Alternate Start, Dismemberment. All of these seem to be working fine, but the ones listed above are not working. I have quite a few standalone weapon mods installed, but I've spent the last two days trying to get everything working, so I have no idea if they've populated properly or not. I have a poor internet connection, so I would REALLY prefer not to do a full game reinstall if at all possible. I should mention that I've never had any problems like this with Skyrim, which I have almost a hundred mods on.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance !

It sounds like you've experienced the lovely open beta NMM install bug. Some say running as administrator helps, but not always. The best place to get help for this is in the Open Beta NMM forums themselves. I don't think the devs really check outside those forums.

Also make sure your paths are setup correctly in NMM configuration

To clarify..

I had an issue with NMM once in my haste to setup quickly and didnt do the config correctly.

Result.. NMM created a "dummy" fallout 4/data folder in my program filesx86 and was installing everything there which obviously wouldnt work.
