Due to your mod load, you may need to give the game a chance to catch up before you try to change anything. Without SKSE atm you may be overloading things. Once you enter the character creation screen, give it some time to settle in (grab a smoke/beer/bio break/etc). See if that works for you.

you might want to check if bijin and WICO works together.. seems to me you have some mods that ,basically,edits the same objects/npc´s ..

you might also try to limit the load for now? if all else fails then this is what i did.. "uncheck all mods in manager and then check one..start game... if it works,exit check next mod,start game.. and so on.. it is tedious but sometimes neither LOOT or SSE detects that little bug that crashes the list.. i had a problem with not being able to start as Imperial.. found out this way that WICO was the culprit..

found the issue apparently too use bejin se all in one i needed to install regular skyrim versions then convert them in some way i removed it and all is fine thanks for the help
