Crashes when enter to cities

Hello. I've installed a lot of mods. Game is working fine until i am entering into any city - game freezes (no logs, no crash reports, nothing). I turn off all mod sequentially. Every time the problem occurred. It seems that this is not the fault of only one module, but many. Can You help me? I do not know where to start. I used the NMM, now I use ModOrganizer. I checked the list of mods using LOOT. Moreover, I cleaned the list of program TES5Edit.

Does it crash on every city?

 

Does it run ok vanilla?

Vanilla works fine. There is no crashes at all. And it is crashing in all cities but not always. Sometimes i can go into city without freeze.
