random spawns broken (unoffical patch?)

many of my random spawns near Concord are broken and nothing new will spawn (many ingame days waited 30+)

 

the settler that talks about the old beef from the factory will never despawn, also the dead body stay forever,

 

other places always empty after 1-2 random events happend,

 

is this from the unoffical patch or a general problem from fallout 4?

Neither. This is very much an issue on your side.

The unofficial patch is developed by people that very very much know what they're doing and is heavily tested, so I highly doubt that is your issue as Ethreon said. Can you please post your mod list?
