Windhelm - bullying of Suvaris

Playing the Rigmor mod I have reached Windhelm for the first time ever in Skyrim SE. The "on arrival" bullying scene against Suvaris is bugged - Suvaris is missing!

 

I tried leaving Rigmor behind, plus a few other tricks, but the Dunmer woman does not appear.

 

Playing the Rigmor mod in the original Skyrim never caused this problem.

 

So please can someone help me by suggesting a way I can find what is bugging this scene? I can't believe it is Rigmor. I tried SSEdit conflict routine but cannot see anything unusual there.

 

I will check with Rigmor, too.

Update: please ignore and archive this query. I found the error to be caused by my game time being set to 6. Over several saves it was enough to mistime the bullying encounter so that Suvaris was still arriving at the scene. Once I backtracked and played a few saves at 20, it panned out exactly as normal.

Hope the info helps someone.
