hy everyone,

I have an idea, but I am gonna need some help.

I am a fan of everything that has something to do with fantasy and unreal worlds, I read books and watch movies en play games like skyrim.

And there is a book from Raymond E Feist that has a whole world in it with its own history, an I was always impressed by the dept of the books.

and now was my idea to use that world and give it our own story.

but I have not much experiance with doing something like this so I am gonna ask help, beceause this is to much for one person to do allone

so is there annyone with to much free time that wants to help?

Are you looking for someone to help or do it or you? It doesn't work this way, if you want to see the project happen you will have to put in a lot of time yourself. Big projects like these pop up every day but will rarely ever happen. If this will be your first mod I would suggest starting small.

It's very rare for someone to join a team before there's anything done. So if you're serious and capable of doing most of the work yourself then you'll have to start it and have a large portion of the mod created. Then you can take screenshots and look for people to help finish your project.

hmm, okay, I wasn't looking for someone to do it for me, but someone to help me

but I get your point: I need people to trust that I know what I'm doing

I have nott looked at it like that

Yeah. The most important part is to limit yourself. All too often we see people dive headfirst into a massive project. The learning curve is steep but rewarding. You can't do everything at once. I've started my first project in january and it was incredibly small and simple. Now its sizable but I put many hours into it myself. I was lucky to find someone to help with the more menial tasks like navmeshing and level building while I focused on quests and scripts.

I had a good decent portion of it done before he came along. He's gone now but I'm still working on it.

All you have to do is start small and slow. Do what you can until you have enough to release an alpha vrrsion.
