Primary needs for Normal

I prefer the play style of normal mode but I'd like to have thirst and hunger from survival difficulty is there any mod that make this possible?

Survival Options lets you tweak aspects of survival difficulty, so you can basically give it normal mode damage, regenerating limbs, no encumbrance damage, disable needing to sleep (turn off fatigue gain) etc.

 

I believe it also supplies you with a quicksave item. You equip it to a favourites slot, and use it to save (I think its basically a never ending magical potion of Save Game) - it's not quicksave, but functionality it works out pretty much the same.
