HugoL
I'd like to start noodling around with my own setting, but I have a problem. Other TES games have "blank esm" files in their communities for starting a TC with, with the world and a lot of unnecessary stuff trimmed away but all the scripts and objects needed for the game to run cleanly intact, and all the objects to expediate building with. I can't seem to find one for Skyrim. Is there one out there?
Di0nysys
You can make one yourself by stripping out all the quest, land and cell data in xedit. Just rename a copy of Skyrim.esm to something else, and xedit will let u strip it out.
HugoL
Do you know where I might find an example script to just start char gen on new game in some random exterior cell? Or rather, any exterior cell I happen to choose for testing purposes? Doesn't need actual randomness.

Would there be a way to combine copies Skyrim, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn into one esm to make into the new blank slate?
