Ported followers having issues

So I have ported a bunch of followers, Some have ported well, like Sinestra. Other followers have ported OK. Body is good and the interact with the world. But and here is one problem I have. The moment I go near one like Diana the pure blood vampire the game C.T.D. Others that are inside a building I can not enter the building to check them out as the game does the C.T.D again. Have rearranged the load order with LOOT and still having problems. None of the followers need skse or skse dependent mods to work. One thought I have is it may be a race comparability issue. But some of the problem npc`s are just vanilla races. So any thoughts ,ideas, tips or possible solutions ?

Might have a answer. But that may lead to more issues. Looks like when I run the old ESP`s through the new creation kit it does some changes that are not good at all for some mods, Have one particular follower mod Pixie which is found at War maidens. Could not enter War Maidens at all. I had the mod pre ported else where on my computer. So I replaced the converted ESP with the old one. He presto a open door at War Maidens and the follower was there and with no texture or mesh problems. But this means I have a pre ported ESP which may cause problems. This solution does not work though for all followers with problems. Some still C.T.D after swapping the ESP`s

My common sense tell me to Delete the Cell Ref (War Maidens) in the Follower Mod, Yes, the entire Cell Ref in with xEdit & redo it. (Replace the NPC into the world with CK64)

 

Also guessing you don't have skill else you would have just done it,

 

So Open the cell in CK Preview Window, find the npc in "Actors", drag & drop into window. Find some Google Video to watch explaining it better, if ya don't get.

Thanks for the reply. Yes this new skyrim is making modders out of gamers for a lot of people. I have used the old creation kit to make and place a follower in the world. So I

would guess I would be a semi noob when it comes to modding.

Well I deleted the cell reference in SSEEdit. Load up the unported mod in the new creation kit. Re positioned the npc back in the cell with drag and drop. Saved the esp which all worked well. Now I can enter War maidens but when I try and open a dialogue with the character the game CTD
