She thought the standard body looked scrawny, and when in armor like a man. So I have been using BAB, and Beth (my gf) thinks she still looks flat chested and hunchbacked in the armor. Girls who have too large breast can be embarrassed, and girls who have too small breast also can be embarrassed. Back to on-topic: For me, I could play with vanilla body, since I do not much care about what my character wears(I'm happy with Daedric Armor), but eventually, I wanted some decent body. Why Exnem EC? Not just it looks decent and have many clothing/armors(although many of them are not my cup-of-tea), but it has various breast size, and underware version(I don't want to be looked like some pervert). I won't lie- if I'm going to be spending hours at a time looking at somebody's virtual arse, I'd sooner look at a virtual female arse. However, I also like the immersion that an RPG offers and- for me at least- body mods that give female characters breast sizes and shapes that are possible only with 20th-century implant technology wreck that immersion almost as thoroughly as a Crash-to-Desktop. 'Course, I may be biased as I tend to be more attracted to smaller or naturally developed breasts than huge, artificial honkers, but that's just personal preference. I always play with the Vanilla bodies, as I hate the texture clipping that comes with all the body mods- no matter how well made- and would rather be able to use everything I do have clothing-wise than have more options with a few useless items hanging around. IMHO, the only body mod that doesn't look outlandishly ridiculous is Bab's- and that is therefore the only one I'd ever use, if I installed one at all. I can see why people are drawn to the others, but for me the negatives (gravity-defying unrealistic implant-knockers chief among them) outweigh any pluses.
