I'm not sure where to ask about this but if anyone can help I'd appreciate it. I haven't uploaded anything yet but are you sure all these boxes were marked "Yes"? - Allow users to rate your fileAllow commentingAllow discussion of your fileAllow users to start new comment topicsAllow users to tag your file They default as yes but you could check to make sure. I even went through the edit to see if it made a difference and nothing changed. I've contacted a site admin and await an answer. Thanks for the suggestion though!
