i was just wondering if regular skyrim mods work with skyrim special edition mods because i do not feel like buying skyrim special edition as i already have realvision enb for vanilla version so i dont see why i would get skyrim special edition as i want to use skyrim special edition mods with regular skyrim

you cannot use SE mods with regular Skyrim but you can usually use regular mods with se. You just have to run them through the new CK and they cant require skse Edited by qwertyzeldar

Yes you can use regular mods as long as it does not require a skse. Some may not though, its a 50% 50% chance that it will. Trail and error i always say, use the data folder for Skyrim 32bit mods.

i'm a long experienced modder,so trust me it will work, depending on its content.

As far as I am aware, and I could be wrong. As long as it is JUST an .esp it will work out of the box with SEE. Otherwise if it has textures, meshes, a .BSA, or anything else it would have to be ported over.
