Mod Manager like NMM?

For some reason I can not get Nexus Mod Manager to load, it just automatically crashes giving me a Nexus Mod Manager has stopped working error.

 

It worked fine for me yesterday and last night, but this morning it will not work. I have uninstalled it and got rid of trace things left behind using CCleaner and another registry cleaner twice now. I have more mods to install and am not good at installing them manually and prefer using the mod manager.

 

Is there another mod manager out there that I can use that is just as easy and simple as Nexus Mod Manager?

There are at least two alternate mod managers. One is my own "Mod Organizer": http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1334

It's not as simple as NMM but provides some neat additional features (well, I think they are neat. ;) )

 

Then there is wrye bash: http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1840

It's been around longer, has even more features and is a bit more complex.
