Any way to get a copy of it from someone who has it? or is that a no no, still new to this.

Outdated version. Several updates are missing. The hosted version is 1.70 and the last version was 1.73. The hosted version is blind to Nuka World, since it was published before release.

Thus was a reason it was removed. "Nuka" Nuka is a re-write of the master files as well as a monster conflict for all the other DLC's combined.

 

It does not negate the facts. It is available. anyone can update Nuka into the source files as there is very little added to 1.73 in comparison.

 

The rules prevent Us from linking in here, but 1.73 IS available on the open networks "The very latest version."

So, your not sitting there Dumb founded, I'll post a read out that contains the method to verify the statements made.

 

Using reverse logic, and the rule of the one, it follows that the lower file in the load order overwrites the one above it.

 

IF the file "bellow" is Identical to the one above----? what do you have in front of you?

 

Now, in logic alone, this forms "Duplicity" does it not?

 

using "apply filter to show conflict losers" in fo4 edit 3.1.3 and use of Mod organizer to access control files, Main maser DLC content files are non - existent as in moved out of the games data folder, you are left with Fo4's main files from install and Nuka files from install, zero loose content resides with in the games folder other than tool software.

 

Now, sense nothing is shown in the result, it's an ITM. Nuka that is.

you see, the source code for any mod prior to Nuka being introduced was not all screwed up so the mods were not all that bad, some pretty nasty though.

 

With the other DLCs introduced ,the compounded issues get really bad.

settler mods, world space mods all mods that effect these "regions" will break eventually, but allowing the first master with an Identical master loading last? breaks the game as you bring down under it what sits above it already.

Complaints about Work stations in most threads "failing", or unable to command settlers to do things...how in the hell can that be done of it's already set to refuse to begin with?---it can't...and if you follow The major mods Unofficial patch ideas? again, the flow on their thoughts about how the game works Enforces this fact. you want to change all of that, you must command it, not allow it, override it...and how does the game work? the last mod in the load order wins.

An esm is passive and allows overwrites, an esp "commands an override" from beneath the esm.

 

If an esm is broken to begin with ? well so will all mods that write data in use of it.

Nuka overwrites all above except the main fallout4.esm by what you see in this shot.

IF there was a way to change the load order and then patch the DLC's content without Loot getting involved, you can then have a clean game.

As things are...it's not happening.

 

I see the same thing taking place in SSE game. All the same type of complaints.

 

For an argument to complete, I ask you to think about what a patch is supposed to be? what is an override supposed to do, how does an override work?

 

It works from loading last or after the master file it targets. Patches patch whats above. That is the design of it, this is how the game works.

I'm glad that I was able to get it before it was removed, it's a very good mod, not only does it name your settlers but it adds quite a lot of information/warnings to the game.

 

In short it adds everything the vanilla game should have had in terms of settlement management.

The only thing i have noticed with this mod is that all new settlers that is coming to The Castle as Minutemen is not using the weapons/armor i have changed the Minutemens load out (outfit and weapons) to be, they still use laser muskets and vanilla stuff.

 

 

So in this play trough I'm running without the mod.
